| Details: | Contacted owner/operator regarding the scheduling of the Level 2 Investigation. The owners husband passed away on Monday, July 5th. As a result, her or her son will be unable to meet me at the facility to complete the investigation until next week (7/12 - 7/16.) I stated the urgency of the matter, but under the circumstances, agreed to wait until next week to schedule the Level 2 investigation. I have left previous voicemails regarding the scheduling of this investigation, with no return calls. |
