| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Significant Deficiencies Corrective Actions DETAILS: I received an e-mail on 3-20-18 stating that the well vent screen was installed on 3-14-18, the raw water sample tap was installed on 3-19-18 and the Emergency Response Plan and Operations and Maintenance Manual were completed on 3-18-18. A copy of the lab report for the arsenic analysis dated 3-16-18 was received by e-mail on 3-20-18. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
