Details: SUMMARY: Repeat Samples Not Reported DETAILS: I spoke with Mary Lou about the non-reported samples triggering a Level 2 Investigation. She stated that the samples were not taken because she knew they were going to come back positive. She has contacted Scott Berry with OAWU who went out to the site to help determine the source of the coliform. I have schedule to conduct the Level 2 Investigation with Mary Lou and Scott Berry on April 27th at 9 am at the site. Scott Berry came into the office today to discuss possible residual maintenance of the distribution system.Discussed monthly sampling with Mary Lou. She will take her next sample in the beginning of April. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 2 Investigation.
