| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Sampling Plan Pending - Resolved Date Overdue DETAILS: I left a voice message for Mr. Wright reminding him to complete his Coliform sampling plan. The first version of the coliform sampling plan, recived on 03/06/18, was missing a description of the tap locations for raw water samples and repeat samples. On 03/16/18, I emailed back Mr. Wright asking him to please update his initial plan to address the observations mentioned above. ACTION NEEDED: Water system operator: review the Coliform sampling plan attached to email sent on 03/13/18. Complete the sections that are missing and follow email instructions highlited in red. Operator was instructed to email me a copy of the final version for final review. | ||
