Reasons:	Disinfection Byproducts

Details:	I received a notice on August 7th from Michell Byrd at DWS that Salem Campus Forum had questions about sampling disinfection byproducts from the distribution system. Currently the system has no distribution system attached to their well. However, the DBP tests, while required in August, are not required until 2019. For this reason I suggested that the system wait until next year to sample for DBPs. Carl agreed and plans to sample in August of 2019. It became apparent during the call that the contact information for the system is outdated and a system info change sheet was sent to the system to complete.
