| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Plan Review and Waiver from Construction Standards DETAILS: I had spoken to David in the recent past, but it appears that both he and the firm are failing to reach out to Peter Farrely of of Plan Review regarding their new well. The previous plan review engagement was prior to the current owners purchasing the firm and well. However, the situation was thoroughly explained via email and phone conversations as well as on the Water System Survey. ACTION NEEDED: The significant deficiency for plan review is past due for correction and I suggest that Drinking Water Services continues with their plans for seeking compliance. | ||
