| Details: | SUMMARY: summary of phone conversation DETAILS: Nancy Shaw called at 11:40 this morning. (There was an arbitration hearing on 11/08/17 that myself and Joe Carlson testified at.) Nancy Shaw stated that she needs training in regards to her water system. She wanted to come in and have a meeting to discuss the requirements for the water system. I was asked what my job title was. I was also asked how she could no longer be a public water system. I explained that we wouldnt let her reduce her number of connections/population to get out of being in compliance. The water source being used by the MHP is confirmed to have E. coli present. She said the City of Milton-Freewater was going to charge her to hook up to the Citys water system. She stated that we (DWS) would not be allowed on the park property to make an inspection. I gave her the contact information for the DWS manager, Dave Emme. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
