| Details: | SUMMARY: No Coliform Samples Reported for January and February 2018 DETAILS: I spoke with the system contact regarding their failure to submit monthly coliform sample results to Drinking Water Services (DWS) for January and February of 2018. I reminded her that the coliform monitoring schedule was increased to monthly beginning in December of 2017 and that the sample results must be reported to DWS no later than 10 days after the end of the month as stated in the letter from DWS dated 11-15-2017. ACTION NEEDED: Have water samples analyzed monthly for coliform bacteria as long as applicable and submit the results to DWS no later than 10 days after the end of the month using one of the methods described in the letter from DWS dated 11-15-17. | ||
