Details:	SUMMARY: Level 2 Coliform Investigation Corrective Action DETAILS: ODA received notification on 3-22-18 that the chlorinator had been installed on the water system as of 3-19-2018. Oregon Drinking Water Services granted conditional approval for the installation of the chlorinator in a letter dated 3-14-2018. ACTION NEEDED: Measure and record the chlorine residual as required in OAR.
