| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Coliform Investigation for not taking the required amount of repeats after a total coliform positive. Operator was called about the samples on 3/21/2018. She replied that the samples were taken in two batches due to not having the required number of sampling bottles. All samples were taken in the allotted time frame. She informed me that the lab had called and told her that the samples had all come back negative. ACTION NEEDED: Confirmed with lab that the test results were all negative. No level 1 investigation needed for the system due to sampling being done in the alloted time period. Coliform investigation is not necessary for this system at this time. Operator is to take regular monthly distribution sample in April. | ||
