| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for Coliform Alert Possible Level 1 Investigation DETAILS: Possible level 1 investigation to be generated for the water system if failure to take the required samples was not done in the time period allotted. ACTION NEEDED: Operator was contacted on 3/21/2018. According to his spouse the samples were taken and they were taken to the lab. Called lab on 3/22/2018. Lab sent results from samples taken. All required samples were taken in the alotted time frame. Total coliform positive sample was found at Well #1. No coliform 1 investigation necessary at this time.Routine sample required monthly. Make sure to label sample with location per coliform sampling plan. | ||
