| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Repeats Positive DETAILS: Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample collected 3-20-18 tested TC+. I spoke with Ray Gorze recommending that the source and distribution system be shock chlorinated (he has already contacted Siskiyou Pump), that a level 1 coliform investigation form is being sent to him, and the next samples due are three temp routines in April. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
