| Details: | The system had collected a monthly coliform sample on 7/6/21. It came back positive for total coliform. Three repeat samples and a triggered source sample were collected on 7/8/21. Investigation of the North System Faucet where the total coliform positive sample was - there was a hornets nest building in the line and likely operator error by not cleaning and flushing properly. The system is divided into pressure zones and only Well #3 (SRC-BA) was active at the time of the positive sample. | ||
