| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3/28/18 DETAILS: I contacted the system operator to let him know that the 3/28 routine sample was positive for total coliform. I let him know that a source sample will be needed at each active well & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He indicated that well # 2 is not currently active so this well wont need a sample. He has the follow up samples scheduled for tomorrow. I let him know to be sure to take 3 temp routine samples in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
