| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Result DETAILS: Mr. Oleary mentioned two riser break events from the March freeze, possible operator error as cause for the NBE-South TC+, and another depressurization event for NBE-North due to a pump failure. Repeat tests are underway. Mr. Oleary has already spoken to the circuit rider (Will Dawson) about chem feed, the breaks, and other possible causative events.
