| Details: | SUMMARY: Response About Connecting to City Water DETAILS: I reached out to Ron Loving of FSA to request timelines for their plan to connect to City of Woodburn water in order to alleviate the firms arsenic issues. They are currently issuing a public notice for rolling annual average for arsenic above MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Ron stated that their original date was May 1st, but that it has been bumped to June 1st, due to lags on permits. The firm is working with both Department of Transportation and City of Woodburn. The DOT permit completed 3/21. City of Woodburn will now begin looking at the request. The firm has arbitrarily scheduled a 3-week time period for CoB review of request. The firm is ready to move into construction as soon as permitting is completed. In the meantime the firm is continuing with their chlorine washed green sand to remove arsenic. | ||
