| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Correction From 11/14/2017 WSS DETAILS: The PWS provided written notification to me, including an invoice for the installation of a new sanitary seal, that all the significant deficiencies noted during the WSS were corrected. (1. Sanitary Seal is not watertight with the well casing, 2. No Coliform Sampling Plan). The water system will continue to be monitored during routine inspections by the ODA. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
