| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: Two deficiencies from the 5/5/17 survey were still outstanding. 1) the old well did not meet setback criteria and needed abandonment. 2) no DRC.On 4/6/18 Gene submitted a well abandonment log for the old well (Desc 61102), it was abandoned 2/13/18. Tanner Hester is not the DRC for the system. ACTION NEEDED: These items are considered corrected. | ||
