| Details: | Contacted water system to see if they have been impacted by the recent drought and irrigation pumping in the area. Issac Nune, Assistant City Recorder, indicated that the aquifer water levels have decreased which caused their seasonal Well #3 (primarily used for irrigation) to cavitate and burn-up. City council member John Hughtl provided additional information on Well #3. He indicated that during the week of June 27, 2021, the pump in the well was lowered and the motor was repaired. Well #3 is operational and has been put back in service as a backup to wells #2 and #5. | ||
