| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Sampling Plan Pending - Resolved Date Overdue DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Wright over the phone to remind him to complete his Coliform sampling plan and to offer my assistance if needed. Mr. Wright stated that he already made the changes to the Coliform sampling plan, but before emailing me the final version, he will have his operator review the changes. The first version of the coliform sampling plan - received on 03/06/18, was missing a description of the tap locations for raw water samples and repeat samples. On 03/16/18, I emailed back Mr. Wright asking him to please update his initial plan to address the observations mentioned above. ACTION NEEDED: The operator stated that he will email me the final version of his Coliform sampling plan today. The final version of the Coliform sampling plan will include a description of the tap locations for raw water samples and repeat samples. | ||
