| Details: | SUMMARY: Assessment Sample for SRC-AB Completed for 2018 Violation DETAILS: The water system had several violations for not taking and submitting a Source Water Assessment Sample for the years from 2013-2017. The water system conducted Source Water Assessment Sampling on 01/18/2018 and the sample was absent for TC/EC. A site visit was conducted by ODA staff to examine the completion of the improvements to the raw water sample tap to ensure it is now functioning. The following violations should be removed from the SDWIS database: 903479433, 903479432, 903479430, 903479426, 903479424, and 903479420. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor the TNC through routine ODA inspections. | ||
