| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: System violated TCR with no quarterly sample 3rd quarter 2017 or 1st quarter 2018. Called Talya and discussed. She will be getting opportunity letter from DWP to avoid monthly sampling. She will take routine 2nd qtr asap and then a second later in the quarter in May or June to remain on quarterly sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Take a routine coliform asap and then another later in the quarter at least 1 week after the first sample. Submit results to DWP. | ||
