| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: System violated TCR for missing 1st and 3rd quarter 2017 coliform. System will get opportunity letter from DWP to avoid going to monthly sampling. Called Nick at the Church and explained to take one routine ASAP in April and then another in May or June and submit results. ACTION NEEDED: Take two samples this quarter at least one week apart and submit results to DWP. | ||
