| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System has not collected routine quarterly samples since March 2017. Visited system and discussed lack of sample results with Taj Kalkut. Mr. Kalkut stated he is working with a third party to begin routine quarterly sample collection. Mr. Kalkut expects a sample to be collected within the next 2 weeks and is aware of the quarterly sampling requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Collect routine quarterly water samples and submit results. | ||
