| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Repeat and Triggered samples were positive for coliform. A Level 1 investigation was issued. I visited the system and observed the well. The system has replaced the internal pump and also a section of distribution line during the prior month. I provided Mr. Bajwa with the Level 1 investigation form and instructed him to complete and return to me for review. I also informed Mr. Bajwa that the system must obtain 3 routine samples in March. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 temporary routines in March. | ||
