| Details: | SUMMARY: Water only for employees this year DETAILS: BLM will only provide water for employees at this water system this year. (The same goes for their other surface water system, the BLM Rogue River Ranch). Anna has established a service agreement with Hach to get the equipment up and running and calibrated this month after the off season. Quite a few seasonal employees live at the Rand facility - there is room to house up to 12, though it would be rare for all those spaces be filled. Of those employees, only 2-3 people actually work at the Visitors Center. BLM will look into the possibility of drilling a well at this location over the next year. If that works out, they might start allowing public access to the water in the future. ACTION NEEDED: Does not meet thresheld of a public water system in 2018. Keep tabs on developments in the future. | ||
