| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Looked into the recent reporting violation. Their public notice (for the December 2017 violation for not meeting CT) was issued to consumers on March 7, and the copy provided to DWS on March 13. However, the violation was issued on Jan 29, so that was more than 30 days later for Tier 2 notices. If the system had noticed that they did not meet CT when they submitted the December report (on Jan 8, 2018), they would have had several weeks to issue the notice before the deadline. ACTION NEEDED: Both violations have now been returned to compliance - that is, the Dec 2017 CT violation and the late violation for the public notice. The water system has submitted several good monthly reports since then. | ||
