| Details: | Routine sample taken July 6, 2016 was positive for coliform bacteria. Mary called and talked to Amy about the routine sample taken August 8, 2018 that was positive for total coliform. Mary will follow the coliform sampling plan and as soon as possible take 3 repeat samples and one source water sample from the well head. If the repeat samples are positive, she will do a Level 1 Investigation. |
