| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: SID has had a recent issue with positive coliform “hits” in distribution. The system had not had any issues with coliform since 2010. SID recently had work done on the pressure reducing valves (PRVs) in the distribution system. Many other possible sources of coliform were identified. Wayne had reached back out to the circuit rider for further assistance with selecting booster pump equipment for their multi-zone pressure system and storage tank sizing and the possible longevity of the existing tank. Assistance Provided: The circuit rider reached out to Wayne Niederjohn and assisted several times via email and telephone calls in regard to several of the water system’s issues, including investigation of the reservoir and pressure system. Follow-Up Actions Needed: The circuit rider is available to assist further on any other issues as needed. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: N/A |
