| Details: | Talked to Monica talk about recent violations that she was alerted to via notification cards from the State. For Philippi park the water system operators missed reporting their May routine coliform sample, and were not aware that special samples were not reported to the state unless the lab is explicitly requested to do so. Monica will remind Stacey Harris to take the nitrate sample with their July sample and a source assessment sample. |
