| Details: | Responded to this alert due to operator telling me about the "all three" positive results in distribution on 8/10 prior to reporting in SDWIS. Responded again by phone to Deb Pack on 8/13. The system is using surface water now and had been on a conditional approval. Boil water was issued based on results/confirmation of e. coli. System will go on monthly sampling and be advised by State Drinking water services as surface water system. System will not take 5 confirmation samples from source water because it is surface water. Will work with State to resolve boil water issue. Advised system operator to let State know prior to commencing use of well water. Seems to have run dry currently. | ||
