Details: Operator failed to get repeat samples done in a timely manner and only took one sample and marked routine. This prompted a level 1 investigation. Emailed Greg level 1 investigation form and he filled it out completely and I forwarded it onto state drinking water compliance. He said that he will take 3 repeats in the distribution today and 1 at the well and get them in today.
