| Details: | 6/28 cyanotoxin sample arrived late/over temp. New sample collected 6/30 also arrived over temp. Note: these two samples were shipped during an unprecedented heatwave in the state. PWS instructed to resample this 7/2 or 7/3, freeze, and ship on Tues 7/6. PWS indicated they would sample and ship 7/6. 7/6 sample did not arrive by 7/8 so DEQ requested PWS resample. On 7/9 I instructed system to sample 7/9 and freeze over the weekend, then sample Monday 7/12 (their normal date) and freeze, then ship both samples on Tues. 7/13. System did not get the message so did not sample 7/9. No sample for this 2 week monitoring period. | ||
