| Details: | I spoke with Paul Nezbeda about the positive total coliform test result. I told him that four follow up samples for coliform are required, one at the same sample tap that yielded the positive result, one within 5 sample taps upstream, one within 5 sample taps downstream and a source sample taken at the well. Paul said that Alexin Analytical is in charge of sample collection. I called Alexin Analytical and spoke with Adriana, she said that they received the notice and will collect those 4 follow-up coliform water samples for Mountain View Motel. Paul Nezbeda also told me that the system's previous on-site manager for the system, Phyllis Wilson, has left Mountain View Motel. |
