Details:	I spoke with Christian Torres to inform him that Robert from Hiland Water and I had scheduled a Water System Survey for Western Hills MH Estates, and that if he wants, he may attend as well. Christian Torres replied that he is no longer the contact person for Western Hills MH Estates, and that the property was recently sold to an investment company named Bao Vida, around one month ago. (Note: I am not 100% certain on the spelling of the new company name). Christian says that this Bao Vida investment company not only bought Western Hills MH Estates, but 2 other Rainier properties: J&M Mobile Home Park and Fernview. The Water System Survey is still scheduled to continue this Friday July 16 at 2pm.
