| Details: | Left message explaining the procedure for TC+. 3 Repeat samples 1 at source and 1 upstream and 1 downstream. Waiting to hear back from her. * Received a message from Monica. They work 4-10hour shifts and are short staffed currently. She reached out to staff to collect the repeat samples, however they will have to take a boat to get to the source. Will try to get the samples in today. *Issued boil water notice for Philippi park after Monica sent me an email with the repeat sample results. E coli positive in distribution. I sent Monica the Boil Water Notice Template and requested her to return back the final copy and to distribute it to the customers. Level 2 investigation has been triggered and will be scheduled. |
