Details:	Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the system's most recent sample that cane back total coliform positive. It was discussed that the firm is now responsible for taking and submitting a triggered source sample from the wellhead and 3 repeats from the distribution within 24 hours. The operator explained that these samples have been taken and submitted already.
