| Details: | Greg sent in Level one investigation form yesterday which I forwarded to the state. He also took another round of 3 repeats in the distribution and one at the source and submitted them. He had also told me he schocked the well. Hi repeat samples came back again positive for t. coliform. He told me he schocked the well again and did it properly this time and wants to send in more samples on Monday. I told him he was to take 3 repeat samples the following month, but he's adamnent on doing it again Monday. | ||
