| Details: | I performed a level 2 investigation on 7/14/21 for this system. The system has completed 5 coliform samples which were negative and the system had began providing water by 7/13/21. They have also completed a corrective action (shock chlorination) in storage and distribution. This will be outlined in the level 2 investigation I will submit.
