Details: Today a voicemail left for the operator. It was discussed that the facility has recently missed their 2nd quarter coliform sample for 2021. They did take their "make-up sample" during the month of April which made up for the 1st quarter, but then did not take the additional 2nd quarter routine sample that was required. It was explained that the facility will be receiving a letter in the mail soon explaining that they are now responsible for coliform sampling monthly for 12 consecutive months. Staring in August the facility will be on monthly coliform sampling. An email was also sent to the operator explaining this.
