| Details: | I emailed Elaine this morning to let her know that the repeat samples came back TC+ and that a Level 1 Investigation would be required to be done in the next 30 days. Later today I received the Level 1 email from the DWP, so I forwarded the email to Elaine to letter her know that she will be getting the Level 1 form in the mail soon from the OHA DWP. | ||
