Details:	Gordon, City Administrator, d me on the status of copper corrosion control treatment installation for the multiple copper action level exceedances in the past three years. Due to multiple water and sewer projects and the 2017 Eagle Creek fire, the City was unable to meet the July 1, 2018 deadline to install corrosion control established by Hood River County. The City is currently contracting with Anderson Perry for engineering support with the proposed soda ash injection. The Citys proposed schedule includes plan submittal to DWS by December 2018 with installation by October 2019, to allow for a dry season for construction. I indicated that DWS will circle back with the City on any proposed formal enforcement associated with the completion of the remainder of the project. 12/3/18: DWS received fee and copper corrosion control plans on 11/30/18, or prior to the date in the bilateral compliance agreement. This provision of the agreement is met. DWS to review plans and get back to the City within the 2 week period.
