Details:	07.23.21 - I emailed Andrew reminding him to collect his RT sample for July and the AS and nitrate sample for this year. This system has received several violations for late-nonreporting assessment samples. I advised Andrew to remind his operator to contact me in the future, specifically any time there is a sample that shows bacterial contamination. I can provide the operator with information regarding the type of follow up samples need and the time frame to collect the follow up samples. No further actions required at this time.
