| Details: | I met with Elaine and Darin to work on the Level 1 Investigation report and to discuss possible reasons for TC+ samples. We came to the conclusion that the inactive system (stagnant water) was responsible for bad samples. The operator flushed and shocked the distribution system and then took special samples which were clear of Total Coliforms. I asked the operator to take repeat samples to count as valid samples. | ||
