| Details: | Called and talked with Brandi and she had told me that the soda ash barrel became empty causing the pH of 6.72 and that the barrel was filled again with soda ash that same day raising the pH to 7.2 correcting the alert. Brandi had forgotten to record the corrected pH on the form. | ||
