Details: Emailed operator regarding violations. I informed Oralia that they missed sending in their Monthly Groundwater Compliance report for June. I told her to please send this in every month to the state. She was also informed that they missed the first 6-month round of lead and copper sampling. I stated that this schedule changed after they added the disinfection this past winter. She was told to conduct sampling before 12/31/21
