| Details: | Each of these violations require corrective measures and public notification. 8/17/21 Follow up with manager of the camp ground: The water system has been inactivated due to closure of the camp ground in wild fire season. Camp ground has been temporarily reopened without water supply for the remainder of the camping season. Water system will be reactivated next year camping season. Discussed proper SWTR form updates and review, water operator training, and system review for potential maintenance. | ||
