| Details: | Spoke with the operator about the elevated lead detection. The samples were taken after the school was out for summer vacation. Further complicating the sampling was that the elevated detect location was at a bubbler (drinking fountain) in room 14 that had been turned off due to COVID since March 2020. This sample was not reflective of water being consumed. after reviewing the invalidation procedure, the operator will submit a letter requesting an invalidation of the sample. This will be submitted to OHA. Depending on results, follow up samples may be needed. The operator also indicated the bubbler will be replaced as per their policy. | ||
