| Details: | Routine coliform sample taken on 8-13-18 was positive for Total coliforms. I have called the operator to relay to him the need for follow up sampling. Operator has stated in voice mail that one repeat sample was taken. I left phone message that three repeats are needed along with a triggered sample from the well that was operating at the time of the original positive. 3 attempts to contact operator by phone. | ||
