| Details: | 07.20.21 - I contacted Mark to inquire why the system didn't report their RT sample for the 2nd quarter of this year. Mark informed me that the sample was collected on 5.24.21. However, the employee that collected the sample incorrectly labeled it as a special sample and therefor it was not reported to DWS in the appropriate time frame. I forwarded the RT sample results to the DWS Compliance office. The sample results were entered into Data Online. No further action needed at this time. | ||
